Production and Dispatch Times

The production time for personalised pieces during the festive season is 1 to 3 business days before dispatch.

The Festive Priority Production method is available and guarantees production within 24 hours.

Orders are dispatched every business day, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, except in cases of stock shortages or holiday periods.

Each order is packaged with care and attention to detail.

Note: Ahlo Jewelry is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier. During festive periods, such as Black Friday and Christmas, additional delays may occur due to the high volume of shipments handled by CTT.

Free Shipping

For orders of €50 or more in Mainland Portugal, shipping is free.

Customs and Import Duties

Ahlo Jewelry is not responsible for the payment of customs or import duties.

Any additional cost, fee or tax applied when the product enters the destination country is the responsibility of the consumer.

The total price shown for your order includes only the value of the products, applicable VAT and shipping costs.
