Returns and Exchanges

At AHLO, your satisfaction is our priority. We guarantee the quality of our products and offer a return and exchange policy for any situation where you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We will do our best to resolve any issues you may have with your order.

To process returns or exchanges efficiently, we ask that you contact our customer service team using the form on the page "Contact us", with a detailed description of the problem."

  • Return Policy: Up to 14 days after delivery.
  • Conditions: The product must be intact and show no signs of use. It must be returned in its original packaging with all original labels in perfect condition and, if applicable, with any gift items. The sales receipt must accompany the product.

Products Not Accepted for Returns/Exchanges:

  • Earrings for hygiene reasons;
  • Customized products.
