Participation Conditions - Ahlo Jewelry Giveaway

The following terms and conditions are intended to regulate the INSTAGRAM GIVEAWAY organized by Exuberantes Caminhos Unipessoal LDA , through its brand Ahlo Jewelry .

This competition will take place on Ahlo Jewelry's Instagram page @ahlojewellery , between 7:00 pm on November 19, 2024 and 7:00 pm on December 20, 2024 , with the aim of offering:

  • 1 Necklace;
  • 1 Pair of earrings;
  • 1 Bracelet;
  • 1 Jewelry Box (as shown in the Giveaway post video).

Any entries made after the end of the competition will not be counted.

1. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

1.1. The competition is aimed at all Instagram users aged 16 or over.

1.2. These regulations regulate the form of participation and the mechanics of the competition on the social network Instagram, as well as the awarding and delivery of prizes and general provisions.

1.3. Individuals who are partners, administrators, employees, service providers or collaborators of Exuberantes Caminhos Unipessoal LDA, including their family members or people with a controlling or group relationship with the Ahlo Jewelry brand, may not participate in the competition.

1.4. All participants expressly accept and agree to these regulations by participating.

1.5. There is no limit to the number of entries per participant, as long as each comment identifies 3 different friends .

2. FORM OF PARTICIPATION

2.1. To participate in the competition, participants must:

a) Follow the Instagram account @ahlojewellery ;
b) "Like" the Giveaway post;
c) Tag 3 different friends in the comments of the Giveaway post.

2.2. The competition will run from 7:00 pm on 19 November 2024 to 7:00 pm on 20 December 2024 .

2.3. It is not permitted to identify public figures.

2.4. All entries that meet the requirements will be drawn at random through a sweepstakes platform, such as Sorteador (or equivalent).

2.5. 1 (one) winner will be drawn.

2.6. If the winner drawn does not meet the requirements or does not respond in a timely manner after the result is announced, a new draw will be held.

2.7. The winner will be announced on the Instagram page @ahlojewellery , in story format and in the copy of the competition publication, on December 21, 2024 .

3. PRIZE

3.1. The winner will receive the following prizes:

  • 1 Necklace;
  • 1 Pair of earrings;
  • 1 Bracelet;
  • 1 Jewelry Box (as shown in the Giveaway video).

The award jewelry pieces are made of Premium Stainless Steel and coated with 18k PVD Gold , ensuring high quality, water resistance and durability.

3.2. The prize cannot be exchanged for another of the same type or nominal value.

4. RESPONSIBILITY

4.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Exuberantes Caminhos Unipessoal LDA may, for justifiable reasons, cancel or annul the competition in progress, without any obligation to provide compensation or indemnity.

4.2. All content made available by participants is their sole responsibility, and Exuberantes Caminhos Unipessoal LDA or Ahlo Jewelry cannot be held responsible for any damages caused by them.

4.3. Exuberantes Caminhos Unipessoal LDA is not responsible for copyrighted content used by participants.

4.4. Exuberantes Caminhos Unipessoal LDA will not verify the veracity of participants’ Instagram profiles, this being the exclusive responsibility of Instagram and its users.

5. CHANGES TO THE REGULATIONS

5.1. Exuberantes Caminhos Unipessoal LDA reserves the right to change, at any time and without prior notice, the terms contained in these regulations.

5.2. Any changes to the Regulations shall come into force immediately upon their publication.

6. OTHER PROVISIONS

6.1. Exuberantes Caminhos Unipessoal LDA will not be responsible for any failures in the availability of the competition or for any damages arising therefrom.

6.2. Complaints relating to the competition must be submitted within 30 days of the winner being decided.

7. APPLICABLE JURISDICTION AND LEGISLATION

Any dispute arising from this competition will be regulated by Portuguese law and submitted to the competent courts of the headquarters of Exuberantes Caminhos Unipessoal LDA .
