Our jewellery is made from high-quality stainless steel and coated with 18k gold using an advanced PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) process. In addition to being environmentally friendly, this modern method provides a much thicker and more durable coating than traditional methods, resulting in jewellery that is 100% waterproof. You can wear it in the shower, pool, at the beach or while exercising without worrying about tarnishing or discolouration.

We are so confident in the quality of our jewellery that we offer a lifetime warranty. If your jewellery fades or loses its colour, we will replace it with a new piece.

Our warranty covers any problems that may arise due to manufacturing defects or structural faults in the pieces. To make a warranty claim, simply contact our customer support, sending the product in its original condition.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, scratches or improper storage. Gold-plated pieces may lose their colour over time due to the nature of the materials and factors such as skin pH or contact with chemicals. Laser personalisations, especially more superficial ones such as images or fine details, may also wear away with use and exposure to water, pool water, seawater or chemicals.
